WEST WILTON MANORS
Jenada Isle
At the western edge of town where the north and south fork of the Middle River meet, Jenada Isle is the only gated community of single family homes in the island city. This very exclusive island-enclave is made of 81 homes of which 42 are on the water in a very quaint environment. It is the city’s best kept secret. Here you will find large homes, usually with a 2 car garage (a hot commodity in Wilton Manors!) on spacious lots. While Jenada Isle homes are not cheap, the price PER SQUARE FT is among the lowest in town because homes are larger.
No homeowners association to dictate anything, yet all manicured lawn.
Jenada Villa
This neighborhood centered around the Powerline Rd is the most affordable in town and, like the rest of the town, it is a very desirable place to live! With the city considering narrowing Powerline road from 6 to 4 lanes, this might give a boost to values!
Oakland Park Blvd
This is a one street block with beautiful waterfront properties on the south side with wide canal views and affordable condos abutting Oakland Park Blvd on the north side.
West Wilton Manors
West Wilton Manors is among the most sought after real estate in Wilton Manors. It is made of several different subsections of which “Hillbrook” and “Curva Del Rio” are the best known. It is quaint and quiet. Homes are large and sit on large lots, among the biggest in town. Neighbors meet while walking their dogs …. it seems like everybody has a dog in this neighborhood!
It boasts some of the prettiest streets in town. Here you can find fully remodeled jewels where owners did not spare any money to renovate their property but you can also find homes in need of TLC that are priced low and are waiting for your special touch!
CENTRAL WILTON MANORS
Manor Grove
The Manor Grove condominiums is a development from the 1970’s. Here you will find very affordable condos with an absolutely unbeatable location close to Wilton Drive.
One bedroom condos are usually priced between $50,000 and $150,000 while two bedroom condos are priced between $100,000 and $200,000. There are 4 different condo associations with different rules and price points. Phase three are town homes while the other 3 phases are condos. Some are pet friendly, others are not. We can help you navigate through all these differences.

Downtown Wilton Manors
Downtown Wilton Manors is anchored by Wilton Drive, the commercial heart of the city.
Wilton Drive has a multitude of restaurants and boutiques of all types. It is a very vibrant heart with a lot of pedestrian traffic. Wilton Drive also sometimes gets closed for events like the Gay Pride or Halloween.
This is where the action is and therefore also where land prices are highest. Yet, here you will find any type of properties at any price point.
Right off the drive you will find the priciest real estate in town: large newer homes boasting over 3,000 sq ft on spacious lots.
You will also find Belle Isle, a newer development of town homes, among the priciest in town, as well as island City Lofts for the condo lovers.
Town Homes Isle
Also sometimes known as “Kensington isle”, this small island was developed in the 1970’s. Here you will find a large collection of smaller town homes of 2 bedrooms, some of which are on the water. Considering the extraordinary location, prices here are very reasonable and is a great choice if sq ft is not your main preoccupation. At the western end of the island, you do find larger properties including a few beautiful free standing single family homes on the water.
Town homes isle is a wonderfully quiet environment a stone’s throw away from the action!
Tropical Manors
Tropical Manors is exclusively made of single family properties. Until recently, it was one of the most affordable neighborhoods in town but that is changing fast. Many brand new homes have been built here recently and owners are renovating left and right.
This is not surprising, given the very close proximity to Wilton Drive.
Here you will also find the best waterfront properties in the Central district.
River Ranches
Tucked away between Oakland Park Blvd and the north fork of the Middle River, River Ranches boasts beautiful waterfront properties as well as some affordable homes very conveniently located.
Highland Estate
Until 10 years ago, this part of town was in relatively bad shape but since then, developers have stepped up and built many different communities of town homes.
Today it is “town homes central” in Wilton Manors. Town homes here are newer with all the desirable modern amenities.
A Town home is a cheaper alternative to a free standing home and usually requires also less maintenance (look under “types of properties in our menu”).
The location is walking distance to Wilton Drive and it makes this an extremely desirable place to live for those who want to be close to the action.
Amadale
Amadale is a 2 streets, dead-end neighborhood which means there is absolutely no through traffic here.
Here you will find more affordable single family homes walking distance to Wilton Drive, Publix and Starbucks!
EAST WILTON MANORS
Wilton Station
Wilton Station is the Premier condo destination in Wilton Manors. Built in 2005, the complex boasts a magnificent pool area with cabanas and has great amenities. Here you can find condos and a few town homes of many different sizes. You can also walk along the river banks of the north fork. Beware: no boating allowed though!
Wilton Station is right in the heart of it all and the prime choice for the buyer seeking the condo lifestyle.
FEC Corridor
The FEC corridor offers one of the largest selection of investment properties in town (duplexes etc..). Construction of a brand new luxury rental community of 170 units named “Metropolitan” started late 2014.
Right east of the train tracks, this area has a bright future ahead, especially if the FEC tracks ever revert to passenger train and a stop is established at Wilton Manors
Coral Gardens
Coral Gardens is mostly made of single family properties and offers among the most beautiful streets in town. Coral Gardens Drive itself meanders along the banks of the north fork of the Middle River. It is a highly desirable neighborhood, and homes here don’t come cheap although you can find some good deals if you are willing to do the TLC yourself….
The waterfront here offers some truly spectacular properties and there are only 3 fixed bridges to the ocean.
Middle River Estate
While “Middle River Estate” is only one of the several subdivisions of this area and kind of an arbitrary name, one thing is for sure: this is the best location for the avid boater! With only 2 fixed bridges to the ocean, this section accommodates the largest boats in town.
This area is mostly comprised of man-made “finger islands” and the vast majority of properties sold here are on the water. It is one of the most expensive parts of town and a dream come true if you want to enjoy water views from your back yard!
